President Pearce made the following committee referral change to               
SENATE BILL NO. 15 "An Act extending the termination date of                   
the Citizens' Review Panel for Permanency Planning; and providing              
for an effective date" (page 17).                                              
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 15 was referred to the Health, Education and                   
Social Services and Finance Committees.
